Meet Cookie

Cookie was my beloved male cat — a playful, loyal companion who brightened every day. He was one of four cats in our family. Sadly, Cookie passed away from Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), a condition that took him from us too soon. His name lives on through this platform — a tribute to the joy he brought into our lives.

The Spark

I noticed that many small business owners in our community still rely on paper logbooks and manual tracking to manage their sales and inventory. Notebooks filled with tallies, receipts stuffed in drawers — it was clear they needed something better. That observation became the spark that ignited CookieTrack.

The Mission

CookieTrack was built to give Filipino small businesses an affordable, easy-to-use digital tool to replace pen-and-paper tracking. From sari-sari stores to food stalls, we believe every business deserves smart inventory management — no matter how small. Cookie may be gone, but his legacy helps businesses grow every day.

CookieTrack collects information you provide when registering an account, including your name, email address, business name, and business type. We also collect usage data such as login activity, sales transactions processed through the platform, and inventory data you enter.

We use your information to provide and improve the CookieTrack platform, process your subscription, send important service updates, and generate analytics for your business dashboard. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our cloud servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including secure authentication, CSRF protection, and regular security audits to protect your business data.

4. Offline Data

When using CookieTrack's offline mode (Pro plan), data is temporarily stored on your device and automatically synced to our servers when connectivity is restored. Offline data is encrypted on your device.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics cookies are used solely to improve the platform experience.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@cookietrack.io. You may also export your business data from the platform settings.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CookieTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. CookieTrack is operated by CookieTrack ("we", "us", "our").

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each business account is limited to one owner, with additional cashier accounts available on the Pro plan.

3. Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Limited to 50 products, single user, basic POS and reports. Web access only.

Pro Plan (₱100/month): Unlimited products, multi-user access, advanced inventory, analytics, offline POS, supplier management, expense tracking, and all premium features.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. License Keys

Pro subscriptions require license key activation for offline mode. License keys are tied to your business account and device. Sharing, reselling, or transferring license keys is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass subscription limits, manipulating device time to circumvent offline restrictions, reverse engineering the software, or using the platform for illegal activities.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into CookieTrack, including products, sales records, and customer information. We do not claim ownership of your data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. The offline mode ensures business continuity during connectivity issues.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings or by contacting contact@cookietrack.io.
